App doesnt even work

Update: Well, we have a newborn in the house and have had so much going on we missed the first 5 or 6 episodes of Big Brother this summer so I went to the app to see if we could watch any of them and the app wont even open now. This app is a joke.

Really? Not available in my area...Got the app, signed up for all access to watch Big Brother live and... Not available in your area. Check back later to see if its changed. Really?
