App will not open

My app wont open. It started a day before the update. Did the update hoping that it would fix this issue. After downloading the update, there has been no change. Im paying a monthly fee to watch Big Brother live feeds and am not happy that Im spending half of this month not being able to watch. I made the purchase on the iPhone so I cant pull my all access on the web browser. I can only watch it on devises that has my IOS logged into it. The only one I have is my iPhone so I am paying for nothing at this time. Only see a couple of reviews stating this issue. If you have this issue please leave a review so they get knowledge of this issue.
