Money Trap

I signed up to try. Didnt like it at all. But thats not my real gripe. I was unable to cancel before the paid subscription started. Why? Because the mobile app wont let you. The desktop app wont let you. And no one will answer the phone. Nice way to make money cbs. Too bad your service is nowhere near as good as some of your shows. Pathetic.
