App stopped working on my iPad v 10.3.3 today. Any plans to fix what I assume is a compatibility issue for older devices? Get Fatal Error when trying to stream.

Watch shows on my IPad using the CBS app log into my provider. Since All Access, no longer can log into provider to watch my shows after they air. Now it crashes when show begins watching as "free episodes". Need provider option and if someone wants to pay for All Access they can. I pay through my provider and should be able to watch after they air. Should not have to pay twice (friend pays provider and All Access. Not good.)

Your App is not working on my ipad. All that shows is the blue logo, it dose not open up to Shows like it used to. I watch the App all the time, something is definitely wrong. 6-27-2019.

I loved this app and happily paid for the service and used/watched the app at least three times per week. Yesterday I tried to access the Sunday shows, but I kept getting a Fatal Error message. I got the same message today. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. No change. I checked my settings to verify that I didn’t have something wonky there. Check. Rebooted my phone. Check. Still a Fatal Error. I am extremely frustrated.

Update 3 (8/17): Finally the app is working properly.... 17 days later... =/ Thanks for the eventual fix.. Update 2 (8/15): So after waiting 2 weeks (btw, completely ridiculous for a PAID service), the dumb update wont even work!! It just sits on the CBS symbol and wont load! For over 10 minutes it just sat there! This is unbelievable!! Update (8/10): I cannot believe it has been over a week since this update and the Bluetooth issue has not be addressed or fixed! Its not like this is some random free app and it doesnt work right... this is completely ridiculous! People are PAYING MONEY to use your app and your service! This is absolutely unacceptable! (8/2) As with everyone else, I can no longer watch video if I use my Bluetooth headset!!! This is VERY not ok!! Please fix ASAP!!!!

Since updated not able to hook my phone up to my irocket speaker while using this app. I get sound but no picture, when I disconnect my speaker I get picture. Please fix this. Update: Since the current update I now have my access to my irocket speaker! Thanks for fixing!

I upgraded to iOS 10.3.3 now the app will not load. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it and it will not re-install.

Why cant I watch a show while my Bluetooth device is in use????? Please fix ASAP!!! Your app is still not working on my iPad Air. App wont even open. It immediately closes out and does not go to the home screen!!! App is working now on my iPad Air!!! I deleted it and reinstalled it and shutdown my iPad and now its working great!! ??

This app freezes a minimum of 3 times per show. Then youll get a "Fatal" error or a message that the show is unavailable. I had 2 minutes left in a show and I had to start from the beginning and watch 10 minutes of commercials. Frustrating.

This app is very good Shows on it and ton of commercial

UPDATE: Happy to report the Bluetooth audio/ no video issue has been fixed. Now my only quibble with the app would be the lack of an easily accessible 10sec (or 30sec) rewind (or jump ahead) button and some larger UI buttons. The HBOGo app interface comes to mind. Keep up the good work. Thanks. OLD REVIEW: Would really like this issue fixed, have mostly stopped using this app on my phone as its inconvenient to listen with built in speakers, so I always prefers headphones (Bluetooth) but since the last update Bluetooth headphones connected causes app to go into audio AND VIDEO streaming mode (airplay). Would also love a convenient 10 sec rewind similar to other streaming service apps.

I really love this App, but this has occurred with various updates - sometimes it crashes when I open a certain show, sometimes it loops when opening the App with the CBS symbol just waiting there and never opens....And now this crashing upon opening issue has returned again after updating to version 4.14.1. I also pay to use this App and would really like it to be fixed! And complete testing before releases, not just what youre trying to fix....

I was under the impression that this site was for live streaming. That I could be a "fly on the wall" of the Big Brother house. I cant live stream most of the time. There is no option for it, unless I just dont know how to access it. Please let me know how to tune in to live streaming.

Since the 8-15-17 update the app wont work on my iPhone 7 Plus.

I pay for no ads, but there are ads everywhere. At least on my ipad there seems to be very limited access to shows.

I use this app frequently when not at home to catch up on my shows. It is a great app I wish I could skip through the commercials but other than that love the convenience
