There are a number of things that CBS Interactive can do to make a better user experience. That they still havent done them makes it pretty clear the they dont care.
* The iOS app doesnt give a full native experience in terms of listening for notifications from iOS peripherals (i.e.; turning off the app on an iPhone or iPad via the buttons on your headphones), ability to handle calls, etc... gracefully.
* The price for All Access is higher than Id expect for something with this many ads for the subscribers.
* Connectivity is spotty, sometimes it wont work or shows that you may have paid for may not be available and theres not much information.
* Support exists, but Ive only gotten them to help me pay for All Access, but not for any issues with the app.
