Revising my review as CBS All Access has made it even worse. It’s super easy to sign up for this meager offering that makes you watch commercials you can’t skip AND pay for this monthly subscription. BUT… they’ve become the NEW AOL where they employe deceptive practices in order to keep you as a monthly subscriber.
Their website puts a phone # front and center for cancellation RATHER than provide you a link for each portal and how to subscribe. A simple link to an article where I’m told to go to iTunes>Account>Subscriptions and deselect “automatic renewal” would have been easy and customer friendly. Why did I have to call them for that except for them to try and talk me out of it?
BOOO CBS! Have some integrity. :(

I can’t believe I got suckered into paying for this. Contracts for shows in 2015 should have been executed to provide all episodes of a season. DUH. And who thought it was a good idea to charge people AND make them watch commercials.
You lost me CBS.
