Bad experience

First of all all I wanted to do was watch two episodes of something that was free on your website. First in the mobile version of the website it wont let you do anything until you download the app. Then I went to the full site and it would only play the first two commercials then stop? So I decide to download the app and once I get to the show I want to watch I want to skip ahead to the spot I was at before. But every time I drag the cursor forward I have to watch 2 fricken minutes of commercials before I can even see if Im in the right spot???? And I wasnt even dragging it forward enough to overlap the next commercial spot, just overtime I tough it its 2 minutes of commercials. Over all pretty basic stuff here. Not that hard to fix as everyone else has so either your trying to make it as annoying as possible so people will sign up for your service or it just incompetence. Either way doesnt reflect best on you as major network company. Its this kind of setup is shady stuff thats the reason nobody trust your company anymore.
