Getting ready to cancel

Im giving you one star ONLY because it doesnt give me an option of giving NONE! You dont deserve ANY when the product you are offering doesnt actually WORK!

Ive been trying to catch up on a few shows in the last week and every time I try to watch the app crashes! Im sending you the reports and yet this issue persists. You dont have a method for me to follow up any other way to address this issue so Im leaving this review in the hopes that you will get your act together and fix this issue! Im paying to watch your content but theres no sense in me giving you money if I cant actually watch the content Im paying for! Ill give this a week to be addressed and if not then you lose my money! I cant imagine that Im the only one having this problem.

And just so you know, Ive attempted to troubleshoot the issue. Ive restarted my AppleTV, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Ive attempted to watch several different programs on the app and the same thing happens. It seems to be going smoothly and then the app crashes!
