Id love it if it worked!

I gave up on Direct TV and decided to save some money- why should I pay for tons of sports I dont care about? CBS is my favorite channel, so I did the $11 deal so I could watch previously shown shows without commercials. Sounds good, right?
BUT... it often just doesnt want to work. Ive called a bunch of times, but no changes. Im just one customer, I guess. I even spoke to someone from CBS, who said they are aware, but that CBS doesnt seem to care.
Not sure of any other way to see my favorite shows, but if CBS doesnt hire some savvy people to make it work all the time, Im going to lose faith.....and move out.
