Bluetooth no longer works!

I can no longer watch and listen with my Bluetooth headphones. When I hook them up it takes the video away and I can only hear it. I watch mostly at night in bed and purposely bought Bluetooth headphones to watch so it doesnt bother my husband. Ive seen many others posting with this same problem and still no update. If you dont correct it I will just cancel because its not worth the money.
