Cant believe they charge way too much for this ap and have the audacity to have a zillion commercials.

The app works fine on Apple TV, for the most part. There should, however, be an option to turn off autoplay. Also, subtitles have to be turned on each time a new video starts.

I can not believe they charge to watch free tv. Refuse to pay and close to just not watching channel. I do like Monday and Thursday nights but Im sure I can find different shows to watch on networks that arent greedy. Bye bye cbs

I have been able to watch exactly 0 minutes of any show because after trying over and over to watch a show it continued to crash the moment I clicked to play anything... Whats the point of an app if it doesnt work at all?

All other networks dont charge if you already pay for their service through a major provider. I will not pay again! I will start replacing all cbs shows with ones I can get caught up on without being charged twice.

Has to buffer ever 30 seconds even with good signal LTE/Wifi. Almost impossible to cancel subscription. Just stick with Netflix, Hulu, Freeform, CW, or even your Roku....

I dont know what everyone is complaining about. TV with no commercials is well worth the small monthly fee. Between this app and Hulu, I never watch commercials. I have deleted all the other broadcast apps and cancelled cable. Its about time tv caught up with technology! And the CBS shows are great. Thanks CBS!

I wanna watch the good fight. But until cbs fixes their app, I cant watch it. It freezes. Then the sound cuts out and I have to keep stopping it and restarting it to get it to work. Im gonna see how it does on my laptop but geez cbs, you big money making media conglomerate and you couldnt do better than this? Get your sh*t together.

Was great. Now I cant even load the app. Anytime I got to "restore purchase" from iTunes, it force closes. I unsubscribe from the plan and deleted and re installed. Still nothing. Update: Months later. Installed again. Tried to subscribe. Wont let me. Wont play. Force closes. I really miss this app.

Do not buy! Broken and useless customer service and web site. Burn it to the ground and start over.

CBS, give me a f-ing break with your $10.99 for "full access." I could go on but it seems over 5,000 people feel exactly the way I do - CBS is greedy & swine-like for charging ppl hard earned money to view content that was free at time of airing.

Wont download last update. Been trying since March 8th. Wont let me delete the app either to try and reinstall. No happy

This is a garbage app. "All Access" needs to be access to everything. What you get is 7 episodes of some shows, select episodes from others. At least have the full current seasons!!! A garbage attempt at a streaming service!

Come on CBS do you not have enough money to hire IT people who can create an app that works to serve your customers! Why would anyone PAY for this!?

I dont even know where to begin. I signed up to try to catch up on criminal minds, only to find out that "All Access" only includes the last 5 episodes of the season. Not to worry though, I have access to hundreds of episodes of Fraier, MacGyver, and 90210. Who wouldnt want decades old shows that aired on other networks when paying for current CBS content? Should you make the mistake of not buying the ad free version...god help you if you accidently fast forward. That part of the show is lost to you as you try to rewind only to find that the ad breaks work in reverse too. Your only option is to restart from the beginning. A complete waste of time and money.

Dear "The Good Fight," I loved the first episode! However, I pay enough money for DirecTv. I am not paying for all access for one show. Good luck.

I love CBS BlueBloods. May be my favorite show ever. Terrific cast. So I got CBS ALL ACCESS to watch this show whenever I want. Problem is the app is a SCAM! Hasnt worked in over 48 hours. CBS admits their service is down. Have you ever heard of a broadcast network allowing something to be down for 48 hours? CBS ALL ACCESS? DOWN MARCH 1, 2017. CBS ALL ACCESS? DOWN MARCH 2, 2017. You oughta change your name to CBS NO ACCESS. I am filing a formal complaint with Apple to get my money refunded for this CBS Ripoff. NO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE. Youve been warned.

The last pair of "Spectrum/ Charter technicians than came in-house bother said that they have the SAME EXACT problems in their own homes that they cant fix. I had to ask to be rolled-back to their old guide. The new one is absolute garbage, Spectrum knows it, Spectrum runs tests without telling consumers theyre a "test home"/labrat. @BetterBusinessBureau , please force Charter/Spectrum to fix it, or give them the worst ranking/grade possible.

Really they are going to charge you with all you pay for cable these days! Thats ok. I always like NBC better anyway! What a rip off!!
