why is it that I can only use this app on apple tv and not on my ipad? when I want to watch an episode on the ipad it throwing me out. Please fix this BUG!

Why should we as consumers who already pay some kind of cable service to watch CBS in our homes and then be subject to pay again for the use of their app is nothing more than exploitation while other network apps stream and let you watch for free! Shame on CBS to exploit the paying public like this. So what they allow some content to be viewed without a subscription but bombard the programming with advertising.

(Check out the new NBC app for a broadcast TV app done right!) There seems to be no point to having this CBS app anymore unless you want to pay AGAIN & Again & AGAIN to have CBS "all access"! What a rip off & waste of space!

Good luck trying to cancel if you decide you no longer want to pay $6 a month for free TV, because its NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE.

This app makes me so mad! Why pay and still have to sit through commercials and it wont let you fast forward though amy scenes. Very irritating.

Why in the world should you be expected to pay for shows that are free over the air? All other major tv broadcasters offer free access to their content. As far as Im concerned i will never watch anything on CBS as long as it has to be paid for. If i could i would rate this app no stars

Why are the commercials twice the volume of the actual episode?! If this was a cable box, that would be illegal. Get it fixed now

I downloaded onto my Roku and I cant believe a station with so many highly popular (and high money making) shows would cheap out its app! It gets very pixelated so you can hardly see, it keeps freezing and just now it kicked me out completely! Come on CBS! Put some money into this app...especially if your charging us to watch it! At least get it up to par with other channels!

App lacks AirPlay with Apple TV functionality. CBS All Access is a ripoff. These features should be included for free since CBS is available free over the air with an antenna.

User interface is awful, on both the Apple TV and iOS apps. It doesnt indicate which shows have new or unwatched episodes. That seems like an extremely basic function of an app like this. The free apps have it. People will only pay if they will get something for their money, like no commercials, superior user interface, or additional content. Its inexcusable that CBS hasnt addressed any of their customers concerns.

Other networks allow you to watch their shows on their app if you are a current cable or dish subscriber. CBS should follow suit.

Stopped watching CBS since they werent on Hulu. Decided to give the app a try to watch a show and it was terrible! It is mostly commercials (multiple 2-minute commercial segments in a row!), the show and commercials dont line up with the progress bar, and its buggy to fast forward or rewind a show. Seriously not worth watching any CBS shows! I use NBC and Netflix with no problem and without being advertised to like crazy. Way easier and more enjoyable experience. Do yourself a favor & pick a new show on another network.

It is not worth paying to watch a missed episode of a show when I can wait for the rerun on my tv. Besides, I can watch something for free on the ABC and NBC apps. I will reload this CBS app when watching shows becomes free.

I got the app and started the one week free trial. It didnt not work up to my standards so I deleted and cancelled my subscription the same day just to have them still charge me. What is the point in a free trial if they are still going to charge you when you do things by the rules?!

I tried and paid for the commercial and commercial fee versions for about 6 months. I hadnt owned or watched TV in about five years so, I was eager to try out all aspects of the service. The selection of episodes is horrible and very inconsistent. For instance I thought about watching the hit: Big Bang Theory and wanted to start at season one--Nope you cant do that. The same with other current hits. Just the current seasons. You can watch all episodes of I love Lucy, NCIS and all the Star Treks, though. Other services out there have past seasons of many of these current running hit CBS shows so expect to be watching old episodes there--not here. I want to watch the most recent Face the Nation. No, way. They wait other many, many weeks to post a very, very, very stale episode of that. Its news--who wants it fresh? The same kind of inconsistencies range throughout all the rest of their current stuff: sometimes an episode is there the next day, sometimes not. Dont expect the big CBS monolith to show any care for the money you spend with them. This is an afterthought and it is doubtful that they have any full time staff working on this. Live TV doesnt work when you are out and about--for me, just at home--useless!

Since the latest upgrade, app only crashes. Cant even open it on my Ipad latest model.

I love the shows on cbs but their app is poorly made. It crashes regularly, offers no playlist and is picky about its bandwidth.
