The reason the "broadcast networks" ,aka you guys, were included in the bill of rights is because "YOU" are supposed to serve the public interest. Now I have to pay you for your biased points of view?!?! Go do to yourselves what you are doing to your customers :(

App has many problems, and hasnt worked on Roku for the last three days!! By that, I mean NO content can be accessed! Before, it was really only "limited access". Now, it is NO access!

Update has cause more issues than improved .

CBS, we pay for this service. Get it together!!!

I already pay for cable which includes CBS but CBS wants you to pay monthly to use their app! Shameful and disgusting! I wont even turn CBS on when watching cable anymore. We should all alert their advertisers that they will lose viewers because of their greed.

I am literally 3 minutes in to the show Im trying to watch and on commercial 24!!!!! You literally let 3 seconds of show play and then another commercial starts thats 2 minutes long!! Im glad I cancelled my all access account. Deleting this app! I guess instead of watching the 48 hours Ill just head back to NBC and watch more Dateline..... Im beyond irritated

There doesnt seem to be a way to stream this to Apple TV. Content is much more restricted than other networks that broadcast. If this is the only way I can watch CBS content (if Im not watching live on air), I guess I just wont be watching their shows.

Ive seen 10 commercials and 2 seconds of shows. Dont waste your money

iPad and Apple TV will not work since the update. I called customer service and opened a ticket, but based on the other reviews, resolution is unlikely.

Fine when it works. But at times sound stutters or cuts in and out. Cannot access new shows without restarting the Apple TV. App repeatedly forgets which shows have been watched. Lately have gotten into a loop: the app asks to log in, shows account found and returns to the asks to log in screen. When trying to complain to cbs they claim we dont have an account because we pay in iTunes. If the app cant work send the shows over to NetFlix.

The show you want to watch wont work, youll delete the app but then still get charged monthly

Our family has a Roku X2. Since the new update for CBS Access we have been unable to watch on it. I have done a hard reset and a soft reset and neither has worked. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and no luck. Not sure if we will keep. When you play a show it streams for just a couple of minutes and then kicks out and the roku completely resets. Very very frustrating

Trying to watch a show and every 30 seconds an ad comes on. Please fix

So let me get this straight: I pay a premium to watch broadcast TV, in an app that barely works, filled with unstoppable commercials (which are dramatically louder than the content Im watching), and they dont even have all the episodes of the shows I watch! I used to watch a lot of CBS shows, this app has corrected that mistake.

A waste of good money. Wont work.

The app shuts down unexpectedly at almost every commercial break. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Deleting and downloading the app again is of no help. I dont have these issues with any other streaming app Ive used in the past or that I currently use. Horrific app.

20 seconds of the show, followed by 3 30 second commercials. Rinse, repeat, ridiculous. Show isnt that important. Delete.

Im an expat from the USA living in Europe. For over a year I paid monthly for CBS all access because it would work in Europe without a VPN. Now with the latest update they enabled region limitation and now it doesnt work in Europe. So I canceled my subscription and watch via my VPN, using the in laws local cable provider information. Region blocking is such a waist. All I have to do is turn on a VPN and I can be in any part of the world. LA needs to get out of the Stone Age ....

I watch 5 minutes of the show and then get 2 minutes of commercials! I see more of the same commercials than I do of the actual show!
