App continues crashing! And ITS THE FINAL 4!!!

Ok, so I downloaded the app and wanted to try the free trial to see how it goes. It turns out they dont have all the episodes for the shows that I want so I wanted to unsubscribe before they charge me. They said it was so simple but I cant seem to find the "account setting" they say! Can anyone help me before they start to charge me?? ?

To those who complain about commercials... youve never watched commercial television? Get over it. I just watched The Amazing Race. 7 minutes faster than original broadcast. Thanks CBS for the opportunity to not miss an episode!

Hello, CBS. It would be nice if my money actually went towards something useful like having your tech guys fix the app so it actually opens on my iPad. Was totally fine until I finally updated the app. Now it doesnt even open. Guess I have to cancel my subscription if I cant even use it.

Good thing I really want to see the Good Fight or I would give up on the CBS app. How many times am I going to have to enter some dang code? How many times will this jam up and then revert to the beginning of the episode? How many more times will I get the "opps" message that tells me I cant watch an episode tonight? Why on earth does this not have an easy way to skip ahead or back? Like I said, its a good thing I love the Good Fight!

The iPad app is not the same as the TV app. The TV app doesnt work at all if you dont subscribe to CBS all access. The iPad app works fine and will airplay. But the best airplay connection still isnt as good as the Apple tv app. So it gets four stars for the iPad app and losses as star since the TV app is useless. Updated to drop a Star since theres been no fix. If you have an Apple Tv Its better to airplay the phone app to the tv.

No where on my App Store page did it indicate that I would be charged for this app, but I was!!!

Wasted significant time trying to cancel this useless app.

I am trying to watch the app but it tells me I have to update and brings me here. But there is no update button, only open. So now Im paying $6 for nothing. Please fix!

I was lead to believe you could see The Big Bang Theory full episodes from season one. And after I paid and upgraded to full episodes, customer service was slow in response and would not answer my question directly, but continued the semantic-game-playing by saying all full episodes are available on the desktop view. So in truth, CBS only has full episodes of Big Bang Theory from season ten. The show 60 Minutes should do a report on their parent company.

Since your last "wonderful" update, your app plays NOTHING! Not even a commercial. Come on now, fix it!

I agree, the CBS apps are trash, but the subscription is worth it for the Good Fight alone. What a terrific show and maybe the best drama spinoff that Ive ever experienced. Theyll probably blow ST: Discovery (another reason Id planned to continue subscribing), but for now Im pleased with what Im getting.

Total bs you should let us sign in using our cable sign in like all the other channels.. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. ??????????

I purchased this app to watch the Good Fight. I hate commercials just like the next person. Pay for the upgrade and never see a commercial again. I noticed if a show has been watched for the first time you are able to fast forward. The first stream you cannot fast forward. I just learned that as my husband was able to fast forward the credits. I told him it didnt allow me to do that, so now I know it has to stream at least once to have that capability. Im enjoying the FREE commercial shows. I can watch on my phone, iPad or TV at home. You have to have an Apple TV device to be able to watch CBS on your TV. Hope this helps for those of you encountering issues. I like that I can cancel anytime. So far so good. ??

So many commercials and if u fast forward or rewind u get even more. If u pause for too long it doesnt save ur place and u have to start the episode over and like I said, fast forwarding and rewinding leads to more commercials. If it werent for The Good Fight theres no way Id keep this app.

Amazing how the volume of the commercials is twice that of the show. What a joke!!

This is the worst streaming app out there. The endless commercials make watching a show impossible. Not to mention, it doesnt remember where you left off or give you the option to watch the next episode. Awful.

Terrible for live events. Resolution will go from full HD to grainy. Loses sound. How can it be this bad?

I have cable so I wanted to watch the game on my phone. CBS wants me to pay 6.99 a month to watch it on my phone. I think ok thats fine Ill watch NCAA games and then cancel after paying once. After accepting to pay for the first month after a free week. They dont offer live tv on mobile devices in my area. And I cant cancel my subscription as easy as they said I could. Total crap. I have NBC and espn and fox none of them ask for a subscription like this.

The only thing it does well is cast, play and pause. If I want to stop a show to watch later, it completely forgets where I left off. You cant fast forward or rewind with the touch of a button so trying to move the button to manually find where you were is a huge pain. They should get with the developers of the Netflix app to see how to make a great app.
