Like most apps, has in-app purchases and a complete hassel to unsubscribe.

Having a paywall for a network TV app is a terrible business strategy fueled by greed. Instead of charging users who already pay for cable to use this app, they could offer access at no additional charge, which would result in more people watching their programs, which then leads to higher ad spots = more revenue. Get with the times CBS!

Horrible app, always crashes

They make is really easy to sign-up and put you on a monthly auto repay program, but impossible to cancel. This is basically spamware.

The live TV portion of the app on the iPhone and Roku TV are terrible. When it works, its great. The problem is that it isnt consistent and usually decides to flake out in the middle of a show. Tech support is equally bad.

This app should NEVER charge to watch the AFC championship game next week. If CBS has any morality, they would change it to where we can watch it free. FOX does it as well as NBC and ESPN. Dont buy it until they have some common sense and change it. Limited or no commercials should be an option for purchase.

Just a scam to add to your already cable bill.

Airplay support is terrible, video is rarely in sync. It resets the login screen every time you leave the app, so you cant use it with a password manager easily. It crashes frequently. They ask for all kinds of user data. Theyre constantly making you agree to new terms of service. The iPhone login for the Apple TV is usually broken.

Every time I click on a video to watch it runs for about 2 seconds before the screen goes black. I deleted and reloaded the app, didnt help.

I already pay cable, and Im able to watch all the other apps for free by signing with my cable provider in my iPad. CBS wants to take advantage of us! It even blocks their programming from Hulu. Shame! Im not paying. I rather not watch.

The worst tv app Ive ever used. The interface is incredibly glitchy. Rewind/fast forwarding is so unpredictable that I just cant use it. And why is it paid?!? The limited commercial version actually has more commercials than watching on live tv! Proof is that a 1 hour program takes approximately 63 minutes to watch on the app! Over an hour. I say again, awful!

On the banner ad for the CBS All Access app it says I can "Stream CBS NFL Games Live!!!" After I paid for the app and downloaded it, it then told me I couldnt stream NFL games unless I had access to my local CBS station. I dont have access to my local CBS station...thats why I bought the stupid app! The app is terrible. Sad!

I already pay for CBS through my cable company, and now they expect me to pay again to use the app!?!? Thats just greed. I have almost every other tv app available and sign in through my cable provider (that I already pay for) so I can catch up on episodes I wasnt able to watch on the tv, or to start a series thats been on a while but I never watched before. Oh and on top of that, even if you pay for their ridiculous scam, you still wont have access to past seasons of most shows. Shameful.

Video will not play, instead you get audio only. Functions on play screen do not operate, only way out of screen is to close app. Cannot log in w provider under service I already pay for once so I took a chance and signed up for one month. Worst $7 I ever spent :-(

You’ve turned it into anything but a gem, this app is such an over-priced piece of junk. You make us watch commercials *and* pay extra. I’m cancelling and deleting, I don’t care if I miss the occasional show, it’s not worth the price.

Enough said. Hope their ratings drop as low as financially possible.

Have been successfully using this app for about 2 months first as a monthly subscriber and now with commercials. Worked great until today, now it quits about 2seconds into the first commercial , havent gotten a recent update but obviously an update is needed

Unusable for the majority. Why even deploy this app? Oh I get it for paid subscriptions? I think I pay enough for your content. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

So sad you can no longer watch last four current episodes. And now, itll only stream one episode, then it will not allow me to watch anything else. Every time I try, it says loading for a second then returns to ready to cast. Madness.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Why would I pay for subscription when I can get this for free with an HD antenna? All other major networks and cable networks provide their app for free if you have a service provider.
