Dont waste money on an All Access pass. CBSs support of their apps makes it wasted money. Ive been waiting months for a fix to the Roku app, but content to watch on my iPad. Now that doesnt work either if using Bluetooth, which is how I normally listen. The app goes to AUDIO ONLY when a Bluetooth device is connected.

Since the most recent update videos try to play through my headphones when using Bluetooth for audio. If this gets corrected Ill update my rating.

I use this app almost daily and have only had a couple of issues. But this is a big one. It wont allow me to use my Bluetooth headphones. I see there are a lot of irate people with this very same problem.

At this point, I watch way more commercial than actual show!! It is killing me! And for $6?? I will see maybe 30 seconds of show and it will go back to commercials!!!

App is fine but why am I paying for commercials?

Paid for all access cant even open the app!!! It blacks out! Uninstalled tried to reinstall and it wont!!! I want my money back!!

I can no longer use my app and Bluetooth simultaneously and see picture and audio. Its an either or situation. Please fix this!!!

Worst update EVER. I think everyone is gonna delete this app now including me.

Since updated not able to hook my phone up to my irocket speaker while using this app. I get sound but no picture, when I disconnect my speaker I get picture. Please fix this.

I can no longer use this app or the subscription for which I pay. The Bluetooth functionality is nonexistent. It thinks Im playing it through AirPlay onto my Beats Bluetooth headset. Test your product! One subscriber lost if this isnt fixed soon.

What did you do to update the recent app? I can no longer use my Bose Mini Bluetooth Speaker with my iPad!! Ive been an All Access customer for quite a while and I would recommend a prompt repair. ?

When I hook my headphones to Bluetooth and try to watch CBS app I get only audio and a thumbnail program I am listening to. Started with July 31 update.

Cant believe Im paying a month for this and than u decide to do this bs?! Come on cbs expected better from u! Oh and how about u beta test it before u release the update!

I may have to cancel my subscription since this capability has been taken away. It is of no use to me if I can not use bluetooth and video at the same time.

Prior to the 7/31/17 update I loved this app, however after installing the update my app no longer works with my Bluetooth headphones. When Bluetooth is enabled you can only hear the episodes you cant see the video. CBS please correct this asap. As other reviewers have stated Im paying to watch videos not just listen. I watch the app at the gym to catch up on my shows and I dont want to be hooked to my phone with traditional headphones. If i cant use my Bluetooth headphones whats the point of paying for this product.

I never ordered this program. I accepted a trial and it automatically started charging me. I have never watched it and have attempted to cancel every month since and it never stops. I have filed a complaint to stop the charging and yet it continues to charge me every month. Horrible!

Seriously?!! No one checked to see if it worked on Bluetooth?

The latest update is causing issues with my AirPods being used and the app thinks its streaming video somewhere, so all I have is sound. PLEASE FIX!!!!!!
