Its a great app I used to use this to watch The Bold And The Beautiful and Big Brother but now it keeps crashing. please Fix!!!

I cant even watch this with wireless headphones because it makes me airplay the audio, which makes it impossible to watch the video. Dont update youre app if it makes it worse.

Thanks to this latest update I can only hear audio when watching shows and using my wireless headphones. What good is the audio if I cant see what Im watching?!!! Update: Its been two weeks and this problem still has not been fixed! Im canceling my subscription.

I just downloaded the app on 8/14/2017 to watch an episode of Big Brother that I missed. Video will not play and I get a fatal error message.

Since your last update cant use Bluetooth headphones or speakers with app you only get sound no video! Im paying for something I cant use , are you giving credits?? Fix please and stop updating your app!

When are you fixing the APP??? Please fix this. I cant use the headphones and watch my show. Its either all or nothing with picture and sounds.

Ive had this app for awhile now. It has lots of great content but freezes up literally every minute or two. The app then closes out and I have to start all over again. Not worth it at all

How do you push an update that disables something so important as wireless headphones. Who would want to use his stupid app if the whole room has to hear what Im watching. ...... seriously, who ever codes for you should be fired

The video disappears when bluetooth sound device is used with viewing tv show. Video only pops up when Ipad speaker is used. Not good. Please fix.

Does not support picture in picture for iPad Pro like *every other* video streaming app I have does.. also very difficult to keep track of where you left off and what shows youve seen when youre catching up on a series. Layout is far from ideal for displaying recent shows upcoming shows shows you watch regularly that you may have missed, etc... not impressed. Will not renew.

Ive had the app before and love the new show Salvation. Enjoy watching some of the older seasons of Blue Blood etc. Worth the money and no problems with app. I recommend.

Since the last update there is a glitch that does not let me see video when I watch with my air pods. So please fix that so I dont have to use my phone speaker for everyone around to hear

Subscribed and I can log in on my safari and laptop, but the app says invalid user name and password and wont connect to Facebook...

It's gotten so bad that you can't leave comments on the iPhone APP store. They are sitting at two stars. How long does it take to fix a mistake? I watch everything on my iPhone with Bluetooth headphones.

I love having access to all episodes! But your Bluetooth problem has gone on far too long. Fix it! When Bluetooth headsets are attached, there is no video, only sound. This is unacceptable for an app that thrives on iPads!

Its not a bad app when it works but it does not work well on PS4, it is constantly crashing and saying Im not connected to the internet when I am, have to restart the app multiple times. I get so frustrated that I end up switching over to Netflix or Hulu.

The app has never been great - but now it doesnt work at all. Its bricked. Apparently an update corruption. But it has been a week maybe longer Definitely not worth paying a monthly fee.

I signed up for CBS All Access, and when I try to log in, it tells me my email/password is incorrect. I reset my password to the same password and tried that, but same problem. This is happening online, on roku, and on my mobile device. Do not get CBS All Access unless you want to pay to get literally only frustration in return. I know my email and passwords are correct because I reset my password with the email I used to set up the account, and its pretty easy to type the same password in, especially after numerous attempts....

Has anyone ever heard of REGRESSION TESTING? I am paying for a monthly subscription for the service. I will cancel unless you fix the airplay/Bluetooth speaker issue no later than 8/7. ROLLBACK TO PREVIOUS VERSION! So here we are 6 days later and you STILL have not figured out how to fix it? F Apple! ROLLBACK TO PREVIOUS VERSION!!! If I cant use my iPad with a Bluetooth speaker, this app is useless to me!!! What a bunch of incompetent jerks you are!!!
