Ok, its been a week since this app has not functioned properly. No video, only audio. So, my question to the developers, are you going to make this right by giving a credit on iTunes, or some other method of compensation? Why am I paying a monthly fee for this service but have been denied use of this service? That is a denial of use after payment. Where is your motivation to correct this, except in the wallet? Who released this hideous update without proper testing? What are the consequences? Shall I write to CBS for relief? Maybe Ill just cancel my subscription and see how that goes. If I was into giving away free money, I would be philanthropist. I give to charitable organizations regularly. I do not throw away money to greedy profiteering thieves disguised as honest businesses. Fix this or get out of the business.
