I pay for all access with no commercials.. I should be able to watch a show as soon as possible. If it airs at 8 then I should be watching the beginning of the episode no later than 8:05!! Theres absolutely NO reason why I should have to wait 3 days to watch a new episode of big brother because its not there yet! If I wanted to wait like everyone else I couldve stuck to the television series!

Since latest update cannot use Bluetooth device to watch app on phone. Only get audio. Fix this!!!!!

FIX THE BLUETOOTH ISSUE! ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS! CALL AND DEMAND A MONTH FREE. THEY WILL RELUCTANTLY GIVE IT TO YOU BUT ID RATHER HAVE WHAT I PAY FOR!

I can no longer watch and listen with my Bluetooth headphones. When I hook them up it takes the video away and I can only hear it. I watch mostly at night in bed and purposely bought Bluetooth headphones to watch so it doesnt bother my husband. Ive seen many others posting with this same problem and still no update. If you dont correct it I will just cancel because its not worth the money.

I use this app everyday to listen to/watch my shows, while using my Bluetooth headset. Ever since this last update pertaining to AirPlay, now I cant play video & listen to the video through the my Bluetooth headset. What the hell??!!!! Epic fail on this update!!!!!!! This is my favorite tv app so I REALLY hope this problem is fixed SOOON!!!

Ok, its been a week since this app has not functioned properly. No video, only audio. So, my question to the developers, are you going to make this right by giving a credit on iTunes, or some other method of compensation? Why am I paying a monthly fee for this service but have been denied use of this service? That is a denial of use after payment. Where is your motivation to correct this, except in the wallet? Who released this hideous update without proper testing? What are the consequences? Shall I write to CBS for relief? Maybe Ill just cancel my subscription and see how that goes. If I was into giving away free money, I would be philanthropist. I give to charitable organizations regularly. I do not throw away money to greedy profiteering thieves disguised as honest businesses. Fix this or get out of the business.

The video stopped working with the Bluetooth headsets which makes the app worthless to me. Im about to cancel my subscription

I dont know what happened but I can no longer watch videos with my wireless headphones. Only plays audio. PLEASE FIX!!!

I have really enjoyed this app, but as of today, it will no longer even launch on my iPhone 6s. Please fix!

I havent experienced any tech problems but the posting of latest episodes is lacking. I pay for All-Access—I should be able to view episodes immediately and not have to wait until the next day. Also, Im a "Big Brother" fanatic and I really wish the "Big Brother" live feeds had the very useful Flashback feature. I have to use Puffin browser instead of the CBS app.

Still waiting for Star Trek. But there are lots of other shows to watch without commercials. I drive a truck over the road. Ill be working in the daytime two days later Ill be on the night shift. With this app I can watch my shows anytime I want to..I watched blue bloods a few times and liked it. Now I can watch it from the first episode without commercials. The apps for the other networks wanted a TV provider. But they dont have an option for my TV provider an antenna. And they wont let me buy it. CBS helps me eliminate the middleman. I upgraded to iOS 10.3.3 now the app will not load. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it and it will not re-install.

This app now things my Powerbeats3 are somehow providing s video feed and so it doesnt show anything on the iPhone screen unless I play audio out of the iPhone as well. This is a dumb issue for CBS to overlook when pushing their most recent update, and I hope they already have their next update in the approval queue to fix this issue.

I love it I am so happy I get to watch big brother on the go the only thing is I wish I didnt have to watch a whole minute of adds every break but small price to pay for an amazing app like this

Everything was fine until yesterday. Now I try to open the app and it wont even try to load. What happened?!?!

Playing with any Bluetooth device has not worked properly in over a week. Someone needs to fix this immediately..

Anytime I connect the audio of the app to a Bluetooth device, the video wont play on my phone. This makes watching videos impossible while at the gym, etc where I would need to connect to a Bluetooth device. The app would play audio on my headphones and video on the screen fine before the latest update. This needs to be fixed. Otherwise I have no use for this app on my phone.
