You cant get video on the app when your have Bluetooth headphones connected. Cmon man!

The latest update does not support Bluetooth headphones with live streaming and shows You can only hear the audio but cant see the video PLEASE FIX THIS BUG A.S.A.P Update 8/11/2017 Its almost 2 weeks and CBS has not fixed the issue with the Bluetooth headphones not working CBS deserves zero stars I am a paying customer and I deserve something that works FIX THIS BUG

Sees my Bluetooth headphones as an Apple TV so I get audio but no video. Please fix!!!

I love it. I just wish that they would have a "recently watched" place or that it would tell me which episodes I have watched already.

When I try to use my Air Pods. I just get sounds. I have tried to figured this out. I paid the $11 a month. I cant figure out where to find customer service. I guess I will be done after this week. :(

Its been two weeks and I cant use this app and I pay for the subscription. When it this going to be fixed!

My app wont open. It started a day before the update. Did the update hoping that it would fix this issue. After downloading the update, there has been no change. Im paying a monthly fee to watch Big Brother live feeds and am not happy that Im spending half of this month not being able to watch. I made the purchase on the iPhone so I cant pull my all access on the web browser. I can only watch it on devises that has my IOS logged into it. The only one I have is my iPhone so I am paying for nothing at this time. Only see a couple of reviews stating this issue. If you have this issue please leave a review so they get knowledge of this issue.

I got this app to watch the big brother live feeds and it worked for the first month that was free now that Im paying for it somehow it stopped working with my beats solo 3 headphones. I can either listen to it on my headphones but not see any video or I can watch the video but not hear it through my headphones. Idk what the heck happened to this app but it is stupid and if it doesnt get fixed soon I will have to ask for a refund because I cant even watch live feeds which is the only reason I have this app

It takes forever to load, it doesnt look like you can click a button to load the next episode of a series, and CBS wants to charge premium dollar for content? I cant even use Bluetooth headphones, so forget even charging while watching a show...bad job with the app....

I cant watch the show using by freaking headphones!!!!??!?! What are you ppl doing!?? ??????? Fix this ASAP.

There is a connectivity issue wit Bluetooth speakers since the upgrade. I can no longer Bluetooth connect to my speakers without losing the visual that goes along with the sound. It says "playing through speakers" and I have to disconnect and listen straight through my iPad in order to watch what goes with the sound. Please fix!! Its been a few weeks already.

Worked ok before 7/31 update. Would have rated 3/5 stars prior to update as you have to wait until following day for episodes, tons of commercials and it crashes occasionally, but since the update it crashes far more frequently and you cannot use Bluetooth headset or speaker when watching. If you try the video disappears and a message that its playing via your Bluetooth appears. CBS was immediately aware of the problem and said they were working on it. Almost two weeks later and no fix, but they continue to charge full price for CBS all access.

The app stops playing video when I connect Bluetooth headphone. It plays the audio on the headphone but stops playing the video on the phone or iPad. It wasnt like this before.

Since last update when you use Bluetooth headphones it shows a screen that says, Now playing on "Bluetooth device" and then just plays the audio and no picture. Switch back to playing from the device and you get video and audio thru your device. This needs to be fixed.

Do not waste your time.. worst tv app ever!!!!!

Love almost everything about the app (especially the availability of programming!). App would immensely benefit from a 10-second jump forward/backwards button, a preview screen on the slider bar, and a Next Episode option (having to search the app for the next ep while bingeing a series is annoying). UPDATE: Whats up, CBS? You need to address this Bluetooth issue you caused and let us know that a fix is coming. Then, you ought to give us loyal subscribers a free month, at least, for the trouble. Address it, fix it, and move on. Were good.

This last update really put a damper on me watching CBS. No video with the sound sense this last update to the app.

The CBS app was my favorite app, however, now I cant connect my wireless beats AND watch my show. It goes to a background and you can only hear the show. This needs to be addressed and FIXED!

I find it strange that CBS still hasnt found someone competent enough to fix their apps Bluetooth issues. For as much money as they cost every month you would think they would actually value their customers and fix this issue. 8/10- Your app support is terrible!!!!! Fix this stupid app already so we can use headphones. I want a refund for the last two weeks of this app being broken.
