Please fix the Bluetooth issue that everyone is complaining about. I have to use my earbuds and then to cancel out the noise I have to place my wireless Beats over the earbuds just to cancel noise out. And the earbuds are terribly uncomfortable. I dont like being uncomfortable. Come on, CBS tech people!!! Update the app already!!!!

I have the AmazonFire Stick, so I dont have cable anymore. I love that the app lets me what my soap on the weekends to catch up. I have no problems using it and enjoy the limited commercials. I also like that the app lets me turn the captions on and off as I need to.

How do I cancel the subscription?

Way to nickel and dime people! They want you to pay a subscription even though youre already getting their channel on tv.

Please fix video with AirPods, cannot watch video with AirPods anymore after update!

App doesnt work. It crashes immediately upon opening. I updated to the latest iOS thinking maybe the CBS update was only compatible with the newest iOS, but that did not fix the problem. It simply doesnt work.

Please get an update to fix our issue if you have Bluetooth headphones, you can not watch the video if you connect via Bluetooth. Do you not have someone that knows how to fix, please call your local fifth grader and have the, help make this app work. Fix this please

Fix the Bluetooth issue already!

Would really like this issue fixed, have mostly stopped using this app on my phone as its inconvenient to listen with built in speakers, so I always prefers headphones (Bluetooth) but since the last update Bluetooth headphones connected causes app to go into audio AND VIDEO streaming mode (airplay). Would also love a convenient 10 sec rewind similar to other streaming service apps.

It has been a week and the app is not showing any videos. Please fix asap!

Since the last update there is this glitch that many of us are complaining about whereby you cant see the video if using wireless headset, you have to use the regular speaker, or I guess wired headphones. But I listen to my phone via my wireless hearing aids, and dont want to have to use the phone speaker and crank it up so everyone else has to listen to it too! Please dont "update" if you are going to create big problems like this, and fix this one or give us a way to go back to the old version. Please! I would be especially annoyed if I was paying for the service. Id been considering doing that, but wont now with this loss of functionality. The adds are already friggen annoying enough.

Hey like with everybody else, smooth move on breaking the Bluetooth. So why dont you piss off people just before fall season starts. Who was the brilliant idiot who thought, "Hey lets make it so they cant watch video, while listening on Bluetooth devices."

The video feed disappeared when Bluetooth headphones are connected. Must use wired headset. I dont think the developers give a crap about this issue. Im not the first to write a review about it Commercials very very loud. Extremely annoying. Can not fast forward through them. I suggest Mute them. That will get paid advertisers will get the message

Hard to know where to start. Stream quality constantly breaks down, buffering, forget trying to scroll to a different location of the show - it just freezes for minutes.

No problems at all

Whenever I try to watch an episode or the live feeds with my wireless Bluetooth headphones it pairs the audio fine but stops showing video. It will show in screen "now playing on Powerbeats wireless" with the BB logo and Julie in the background. I think the app may think my headphones may be a TV or something and that is why it stops displaying the video? But there is no reason that it should stop showing video while playing audio through paired headphones. Please fix this!
