I already pay for cbs with my Xfininity.....he extra fee is ridiculous

So fabulous

My fave shows can be streamed from all my devices: even ROKU! There are commercials but for a couple dollars more you can go commercial free. Hubby loves commercials... Le sigh.

Love It

Having CBS All Access is wonderful. I am able to no longer be depend on cable or a dish provider. I can get take it when And where I travel. Most of all I can control which local big channels that I support!

Wont Open

Another case of paying for a service you dont get. Looks like CBS fixed bugs that didnt exist and now the App wont even open. One star is way too many for this. The world is going digital CBS... get with it!

Please fix

So they play the same commercials on the same tv show over and over I legit can talk along with the commercials and whenever I open the app it just stays there so I have delete and download the app over and over again FIX THIS

Hijacked advertising

This app uses hijack advertising tactics to force you to install it. Avoid.

Awful

The content is only OK. For some reason they will have a show like The Big Bang Theory. They have the latest season but only the first 2 - 3 episodes and then the last couple. Forget about trying to catch up. The video player is awful. They should have taken notes from one of the million other user friendly video players. This one is not user friendly at all. The absolute worst part is that when you want to cancel their junky service, you cant do it through the app. You cant even do it on the full website! You must call a 1-800 number and sit on hold forever to cancel the service. I guess its their scam hoping people will just pay the $7 a month rather than go thru the hassle of canceling. Thats very shady. Wouldnt expect anything less from CBS. Unless you positively have to see the something on this app that you cant see somewhere else, avoid this junk.

If you have a problem they WONT HELP

Since I cant give them a big ZERO, one has to do. After a couple of weeks of deliberation about their app. Nothing was resolved. I wasnt happy about having to pay twice a month to use the app subscription. They didnt fix the problem, they just kept going around and around about the issue. After two weeks I just asked for a refund. Apple took care of the subscription and refund in 10mins. Never again CBS app always and forever apple! Shame on you customer support cbs!!!!!!

Poor interface

We are paying for the commercial free version of all access. We have Netflix Hulu HBO and Amazon as well. CBS has the worst interface. It has no idea where you left off in a series.

Theres a few shows I like on CBS and Im glad I can watch them at my convenience.

Not free even with a tv provider

As a DIRECTV subscriber thought this would be free, not so. Sorry, Ill watch the other channels that are.

If anyone out there responsible for this app happens to read this review, please be ashamed of yourself and ashamed of this app. Be very, very ashamed. This is the worst app I own and trust me, I own a LOT!!!

Waited a long time

Works only a small portion of the time. Too bad it isnt even close to ABC or NBC.

Too many crashes

I love my all access and do not mind paying for this to have no commercials BUT there are far too many freezing up and just closing out and going back to main screen. I would think if I am paying what I do every month these problems could be fixed. Also there should be notifications of shows that are only on the all access.
