Cannot even start a show without the app crashing. This has gone on for weeks now! Deleting...

The app wont even open! I pay for all access & good grief. Seriously considering canceling so its one less bill.

I use the CBS app via Chromecast frequently. Unfortunately it does not save the position. Please fix this.

Plays the same 4 commercials over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and overand over and over and over and overand over and over. My gosh I may poke my frikin eyes out. Get your stuff together CBS and for the love of find more than 4 companies to buy advertising spots

I just bought a roku and started using CBS ALL ACCESS , pay $7 a month for an insane amount of commercials. Why? Why? Why?

Either create a usable app that will actually stream sometimes or just do away with it! Completely unusable! NEVER watched an entire episode without the app crashing. WOW!

I bought this to watch survivor and even paying the amount of commercials was unbearable. On top of that its hard to find the "clips" of unseen or special footage for cbs all access members.

The app will no longer stream any videos. It acts like its starting to stream, but then the video screen immediately closes and returns to the app. No video will play.

Charging an absurd price for free-to-air TV?!? Decades of making loads of money while having free use of Americas airwaves... and this is what CBSs greed is trying to now?! Unbelievable.

I dont know what kind of bugs you think you fixed in your most recent update that I just installed, but I think you added more bugs than there already were! App is crashing constantly, and shows and commercials keep stopping/getting stuck.

Cant even play free episodes after most recent update. What a crappy app.

With in one 42 minute show I was kicked out of CBS app, meaning I had to re-enter user name and password each time. Would of likely been more times if I didnt pay more for no commercials. Only good thing is, if you have a hard time remembering your password, this is a good app for you.

I dont understand why Im paying for an app that doesnt allow me to have access to all the episodes of the shows I watch. I pay, I sit through commercials, and I still cant watch the all current episodes of the Big Bang Theory. What a ripoff.

I updated the app to "fix bugs" that I didnt have before and now I have one! It wont open now. I already rebooted my iPhone and it still crashes. Please fix this issue for me!

Crash & freezes. Was working fine until this update came up. I thought an update was to make the app better not worse. ?

This app has WAY too many commercials!!! Theres 2 or more every couple of minutes. Makes whatever you want to watch twice as long.

This app is by far the worst app ever. Do not down load it. Its not worth the headache and frustration of not being able to see your shows.

Not sure why I purchased commercial free but still see commercials. Ive cancelled this one.

While I am sure there are plenty of other users that dont rate this app, and probably dont have an issue with the performance, I can tell you after two re-installations of this app with three different update versions that the CBS streaming app has only gotten worse with every update. I was waiting for improvements, I was faced with disappointment: The crash count has nearly tripled since I first tried using this app, ads are normally the critical crash point, and my iPhone has plenty enough power to do the job! Granted its not a seven, but an SE has plenty of capability when the router delivering 75mbps internet is five feet from your device. CBS, your shows are pretty solid, but you need to take some notes from NBC on how to build a streaming app. Ill see you guys around next update, hope it wont fall as hard.

This app is garbage. If I pay for this each month it should work on all interfaces. Never works with the mobile app. GARBAGE.
