Horrible

The app on apple tv closes everytime i try to watch ANY show horrible. what am i paying for.

Worst TV app on the market

Constant crashes. No rewind or fast forward buttons. Loud commercials. No sign in for cable subscribers. CBS isnt conforming to emerging technology, offer no customer service, insist on a subscription regardless if you have a cable subscription or not. They stand alone in their greed and crappy service. I check back every six months to see if theyve learned any lessons and theyve not. Im permanently deleting the app and will forget they exist.

Terrible scam

Almost impossible to quit subscription. Stay away from this app.

Constantly crashing

The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because I can watch the shows on my iPad, even if I have to close and restart the app when it freezes if it doesnt just crash on its own. Love the content and want the convenience on my mobile devices but the app needs serious work!

Care Bout Something!

Guys! YOU Really need to get it together! Everytime I want to watch LIVE TV I have to sign out and re-authorize my account. EVERYTIME! WHY!?!?!?!? Im signed in when I want to watch the CBS app. but it tells me that Im not authorized to watch. Why am I paying you guys monthly fee!?

Worst app Ive ever used, because I actually cant use it. CBS should just take it off.

Really needs a ten second rewind option!

Youd think that since every other streaming app has a ten second rewind option that this one would too; but it doesnt. I dont know why since even YouTube has one. Its very annoying. Also it is hard for the app to keep a decent internet connection if you have other things going that require a connection as well. Like I cant play a game on my phone without the app completely freaking out. Also if you want to cancel they make you call customer service.

Garbage.....Fix this app

Needs to be updated and catch up with other streaming services, so out of date. Also terrible volume control between the show youre watching and commercials.

Getting ready to cancel

Im giving you one star ONLY because it doesnt give me an option of giving NONE! You dont deserve ANY when the product you are offering doesnt actually WORK! Ive been trying to catch up on a few shows in the last week and every time I try to watch the app crashes! Im sending you the reports and yet this issue persists. You dont have a method for me to follow up any other way to address this issue so Im leaving this review in the hopes that you will get your act together and fix this issue! Im paying to watch your content but theres no sense in me giving you money if I cant actually watch the content Im paying for! Ill give this a week to be addressed and if not then you lose my money! I cant imagine that Im the only one having this problem. And just so you know, Ive attempted to troubleshoot the issue. Ive restarted my AppleTV, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Ive attempted to watch several different programs on the app and the same thing happens. It seems to be going smoothly and then the app crashes! FIX IT or lose customers!

Buggy on Apple TV

When fast forwarding through a show the app will shut down.

This is what you call limited commercials?

Started the free trial of the limited commercial $5.99 plan. This is anything but. Frequent interruptions that are minutes long. Awful. Wont be continuing subscription past the free trial if this doesnt get better.

If you enjoy CBS try the subscription BUT...

Purchase it directly from CBS and not through Apple. Its $3 less per month and the free trial is longer. APPLE JUST WANTING MORE!!

Too many bugs wont load properly

Apple TV is horrible

I cannot watch a show on the app in Apple TV. I am forced to watch it on the main tv app for Apple TV, which I am not a fan of because you cannot resume where you left off. I tried and had to fast forward. Problem though ... 10 min into fast forwarding it kicked me back to the CBS app which just shows my profile and allows me to manage. I feel like I paid for the premium service for nothing.

Complete garbage. I hope Jeff probSt gets all my money and not CBS

I only pay and suffer through this app and network because Jeff probSt is amazing and survivor just so happens to be on this network that doesnt care about customer experience. I cannot finish an episode on another device. I cannot save a show to my favorites. I cannot even see the only show I watch and the most recent episode in my recently watched only some random episode of a previous season I never came back to. Survivor is why you get the one star. You wouldnt deserve it otherwise. It was completely arrogant for you to charge this much for this app anyway when all the other networks are giving it away for free, the least thing you could do is make it worth it. You failed miserably.

Should have believed other reviews

Terrible! Bad on iPad, iPhone and on Roku. Could only stand one month.

If this app wasnt bad enough, since the latest update, its even worse! Its hardly even watchable. Grrrrrrr????

Doesnt Work

Why cant CBS write an app to play part of a TV show, then a few commercials then back to the TV show without crashing?

Apple TV app keeps glitching on commercials I cant even start a show it immediately closes the app!
